“Can't I just install it myself?”
You can. Most of these tools are open source. But most people who try spend a weekend on it, get stuck on security config, break something, and give up. We've done this dozens of times. What is an AI agent?
Software that does work for you without being prompted each time. It can triage email, schedule meetings, draft replies, monitor Slack, and automate workflows across your tools, 24/7. The ecosystem is evolving fast: Claude Code, OpenClaw, nano agents, and dozens more. We help you identify and deploy the right setup for your business.
Do I need special hardware?
Usually just a dedicated machine: a Mac Mini or a spare desktop that stays on and connected. Most businesses already have something that works. If you want a cloud-based setup instead, we can provision a VPS (typically £15 to £30 per month). And some engagements don't need dedicated hardware at all. We work with what you've got.
Do you have access to my data after setup?
No. Once we've deployed and handed over, everything runs on your infrastructure. We only access your system during setup and with your explicit permission during managed support.
How long does setup take?
Remote: 2 to 4 hours over screen share. In person: a full day at your office in London. Both include training and handover.
What if I don't like it?
We offer a full refund within 14 days if your agent isn't doing what we promised. No questions asked.
Do you only work in London?
In person setup is currently London only. Remote setup is available across the UK. We have deployed for teams in Manchester, Edinburgh, Bristol, and everywhere in between.
Can I add more integrations later?
Yes. Managed plan customers can add integrations as part of their monthly support. One-off integration additions are £150 each.
Is this the same as hiring a virtual assistant?
Different. A VA is a person who handles tasks during working hours. Your agent is software that runs 24/7, handles higher volumes, never takes a sick day, and costs a fraction of a full time hire. Best case: you use both.
